1. Return Period

You may only return a product within 30 days of receiving your order via Vivreuxinterior.com, provided all the conditions outlined below are met. Requests submitted outside this period will not be processed.

2. Strict Return Conditions

To return a product and request a refund, you must fully comply with the following conditions:

Untouched and Unused: The product must be untouched, unopened, unused, and in new condition, showing no signs of use or tampering. Products that have been unpacked, even partially, are not eligible for return.

Original Packaging: The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging. Packaging that has been opened, torn, marked, or in any way altered will not be accepted.

Physical Evidence of Damage (if applicable): If the product was received damaged, you must provide physical evidence (e.g., clear photos of the damage and packaging) indicating that the damage was not caused by you but by Vivreux or during transport.

Timely Reporting of Damage: Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via our returns department via email. Messages received after this period will not be processed, regardless of the nature or extent of the damage.

3. Procedure for Submitting a Return Request

Contact via Email: All return requests must be submitted via email to the specific address listed on Vivreuxinterior.com’s returns page.

Include Required Information: In your email, always include your order number, photos of the product in its original packaging, and any evidence of damage. Incomplete requests will not be accepted.

4. Costs and Responsibility for Return Shipments

Return Shipping Costs: The costs and responsibility for return shipments are entirely the customer's. Vivreux is not liable for loss or damage during the return process. We advise choosing an insured shipping option for returns.

Rejection for Non-compliance: Return shipments that do not fully comply with our return policy, including packaging and timing requirements, will be rejected. Such products will not be refunded and cannot be retrieved.

5. Refund Policy

Upon full compliance with our return policy, you will receive a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection and acceptance of the return shipment by Vivreux. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
